The Commons on Marice is uniquely designed to bring the outside inside. In our two-story indoor atrium with park, you can join in many group gatherings, or enjoy the beauty. The Commons community floor plans are lovely and well-appointed. The building and grounds are well-maintained at all times. There are so many more amenities and community spaces for you to enjoy.

Residents can choose a spacious apartment from a variety of floor plans including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom styles.

Every day there is a full calendar of activities and programs, something to suit every taste and our newsletter keeps everyone up-to-date on events and news in the neighborhood.
