The Commons on Marice is compatible with most long-term care insurances policies. The Commons is licensed by the State of Minnesota as Housing with Services and an Assisted Living Home Care Provider. We are able to bring nursing services to your door while you enjoy the comforts of your own private apartment. At The Commons, we carefully plan and direct staff to meet each resident's specific plan of care.

The Commons on Marice provides professional licensed nursing 24-hours a day, seven days a week. At The Commons on Marice, we provide for a continuum of service and communication between all shifts of employees. By bringing services to your door we can assure superior service and excellent clinical outcomes.

The Commons on Marice has recently partnered with Evercare, a unique managed care program for Medicare beneficiaries. Evercare provides both a Nurse Practioner and a Physician Team on-site to provide routine physician visits and specialty services. All services are provided to you in your own private deluxe apartment.
